Before meeting Kim my mom had never thought about changing or comparing her Medicare options. It seemed too confusing and overwhelming to do so. Kim came to the house and was able to break down her options, and she explained the comparisons and benefits of the different plans in a way that was easily understandable (both benefit and cost-wise). We have been very happy with the results. It was also helpful for me, as I will be turning 65 next year and have to decide on the best plan for myself. It's reassuring to know I have Kim to help me with this decision.

Kim helped us figure out right away what our options were. Her knowledge and ability to explain things in easy-to-understand terms made the whole process not seem so daunting. We didn't know where to start and didn't want to end up paying more money than was necessary. We appreciated Kim researching all of our medications and finding the best prices for them.
